About Judit & Corina

We are a mother-daughter duo (don't tell Corina that Judit looks like her sister- on the other hand please do say it to Judit as many times as you can) and we are friends as well. In Europe families like to spend time together of course there is always talk about food…and we do talk a lot about food.

Judit is the mom of this duo.	Corina is the daughter.
Judit is mostly blond and she loves to talk about what is for dinner tonight.	Corina has dark hair today…and it was red yesterday. She will be asking what is for dessert.
Judit admires her husband Paul & has a crush on Pierce Brosnan.	Corina admires the polo team from a distance and is still working on her crush list.
Judit loves long dinners with family and friends.	Corina loves to eat out and dance until the sun comes up.
Judit has her "Mise en place" in order before cooking and is neat and organized in the kitchen.	Corina jumps right in cooking. Her process could be called "Mise en floor" while many things end up on the floor…
Judit listens to Classical music, Chansons, Opera, Kenny Loggins and Bob Seger.	Corina's musical tastes are all over the board and include House, Techno and Mozart.
Judit likes to sip slowly and contemplate the wine flavors.	Corina likes to sniff the wine flavors, then sip and move on to the next.

Judit’s culinary skills derive from Cooking and Wine Pairing classes throughout Europe and the United States and also from her mother, an expert in Austro-Hungarian dishes. Besides cooking, her background is in Freehand Commercial Graphics, Interior Design, and Real Estate business. True to her European roots, Judit believes sharing quality time with family and friends at the dinner table is one of the most essential parts of life.

Corina has been fascinated with the flavors of wine so much so that even her Masters degree in Media Arts & Technology thesis project was the algorithmic mapping of wine flavors. She is into web design, media, art, photography, and loves to create tantalizing desserts, especially those involving chocolate.
