In search of the BEST Samosa Recipe

Searching for Samosa recipes. My friend urgently needs a perfect Samosa recipe to impress his mom on his next visit home. Samosas are stuffed pastry, resembling a dumpling, with savory fillings that are often served for a tea time snack.

He will be visiting his mom soon in India and wants to show her his newly found cooking skills. While over in the states he learned to make Palak Paneer from a roommate, but has never made Samosas before...

So we are going to learn how to make Palak Paneer from him and in return we will show him a simple vegetarian Samosa Recipe. Hopefully we wont all need to call for take-out at the end of the day ;)
