#78 Cheryl W. "Bourbon balls! My father in law's new girlfriend made us this incredible Christmas goody tray, this year. On that tray was these wonderful Bourbon balls. I have never tried them before, but they were delicious. I asked how she made them and she gave me the recipe, but it required a food processor, which I don't have. I am dying to make these, so I would be so grateful to win this Cuisinart food processor. Thanks for the opportunity to enter."

If I win I would like to blend my Cranberry Salsa with the Cuisinart.

I would live to make Carb and gluten free power bars with the food processor. They make for a nutritious snack as well as a delicious dessert accompanied by a nice chocolatey red wine.
I also like making chermolata - a pesto like paste to spread on white fish before grilling.
I'm dying for a small food processor...the first thing I want to try is homemade pasta dough. We used them to make dough at culinary school all the time and I'm ready to give it a shot at home.
