    WINE PAIRING:  Beaujolais

The zestiness of this dish’s salsa will overpower most reds. However, the berry flavors of a chilled Beaujolais-Villages complement it nicely. You can learn more about the delights of the French Beaujolais at DIscoverBeaujolais.com
