Bolla Soave Classico
Bolla was established in Soave east of Verona in 1883. Soave Classico is made from native grapes harvested in the hillside vineyards of the Soave DOC area in Veneto, which produces some of Italy's most popular dry white wine. Soave means “soft” in Italian
The distinct flavors of the grapes can be attributed to the unique climate, soil and temperature of the region in which they are grown.
Winemaker notes: Straw color, a particularly fine perfume, intense with the fresh fragrance of flowers and initially with exotic fruit, clean pear and lemon flavors and acacia honey in the mouth. It is harmonious on the palate, with a great body and with slight almond aftertaste and an elegant persistence.
