Since 1982, Laetitia Estate Vineyard & Winery has harvested estate-grown Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc for award-winning sparkling wines made in the traditional Méthode Champenoise using the only two European wooden basket presses of their kind in North America.

The Laetitia XD is well balanced wine. Delicate Pinot Noir is blended with bright Chardonnay fruit to make this sparkling wine, perfect for those who prefer the heritage and subtle sweetness of traditional Champagne. Lovely aromas of green apple and melon with a touch of almond.
