The lovely pale rose pink color comes from the addition of Pinot Noir to the wine when the lees are disgorged. This enticing sparkler was made in the traditional champagne method and fermented in the individual bottle.
On the nose a little shy but opening quickly to a beautiful fragrant berry bouquet. On the palate it is very creamy, rich and fruity with lots of berry notes, and a touch of dry on the finish. Shows a hint of the earthiness like most Pinot Noir from Burgundy.
